Kathryn is new to Michigan State University, where her husband is working on a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and Educational Technology. Originally from Southern California, she is still learning how to enjoy the Midwest. She completed her undergraduate degree and some graduate work in Molecular Biology at Brigham Young University in Utah. Kathryn hopes to one day research food allergy immunotherapy, and loves coming up with cooking substitutions for people with food allergies. She also loves organizing, and has helped her three siblings through college by planning out all their years of coursework. She currently enjoys bringing order to the BHEARD Office as an office assistant and student placement coordinator.
